Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund from Al-Tabtabaie Hajj Campaign, and how the refund process works.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund within three (3) months from the date of registration, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The cancellation request is made before 1 February
- The original invoice is available
2. Refund Process
Once you notify us of your withdrawal from Hajj, your refund will be processed within three to seven (3–7) business days using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Additional Costs and Deductions
The following applies to any deductions from your refund:
- No additional administrative fees are charged for standard cancellations
- For withdrawals made after 1 February, a deduction may apply to cover amounts already transferred to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the purchase of flight tickets
4. How to Request a Refund
To ensure timely processing, please contact us within 48 hours of deciding to withdraw from Hajj. Refund requests submitted outside this window may be subject to additional review.
